We lovingly get your orders ready within 2-3 business days, and we take a breather on weekends and holidays. For our special pre-ordered items, we start the process within 2-3 business days from the time they land in our inventory.
Once your order is successfully placed, you'll find a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox. If you can't find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need another confirmation.
If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order, don't worry! Drop us a line straight away. Just remember, once your package is on its way, we're unable to make any changes.
Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address you've given us. We want your order to find its way to you without a hitch! If an error in the address prevents delivery, we'll refund your original order (excluding the shipping fee), and you can easily place your order again.
Please note: Sometimes, our shipping partners might experience delays that are out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Artoholica.com has the right to reject damaged goods and decline any return. All items sent for a return must have a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form accompanying the shipment. If the RMA form is missing Artoholica.com reserves the right to decline a return. Refunds, exchanges and store credits are processed only after an issued RMA form is received, the purchased items are received and the customer specifies what type of return he/she would like to process. Refunds are judged based on receipt of the item and not when shipped out. All returns for credit must be in original condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories provided upon original delivery. Store Credit will be issued for the current value of the merchandise (If product was purchased for $79.00, and at the time of return price drops to $59.00 a Store Credit will be issued for $59.00). Free Return Shipping is not available on international art orders. Financial refund for return shipping will not be issued.(initial shipping charges are not refundable). All expenses incurred by the customer for shipping the item without the agreement from Artoholica.com will not be reimbursed. (For International orders Artoholica.com will cover up to $9.95 USD for shipping charges). A replacement ships within 5-7 days of us receiving your defective return. Expedited replacement is not available. Original Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders must be cancelled via email and a confirmation by one of Artoholica.com representatives within the same business day before 6pm CST. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All sizing info displayed in our shop is for the entire artwork (All panels combined without spacing in between)
How is my order packaged?
In order to enable your goods to reach you undamaged, we only use high-quality special packaging for our products. Our canvas print panel products are, for example, are furnished with an extra layer of edge protection, so that the corners are not damaged in transit. Most of our products are also wrapped in a firm air cushion foil.
How good is the print quality?
Your photo is printed on valuable artist's canvas with special HP Latex ® colours, which are guaranteed to be fade-resistant for 70 years. This results in brilliant colours and enables the rendering of the finest details in the corresponding template.
How is the canvas fixed to the frame?
The canvas is stretched onto the stretcher frame and clipped onto the rear side of it. This means that the image content is pulled over the edges so that the image can be hung up without a frame.
My delivery address is incorrect or has changed. What do I need to do?
Please contact us ASAP for the change of shipment address. We cannot change the address after your order has been shipped.
My delivered image is faulty or damaged - what can I do?
In order to be able to get an idea of the deficiency, it is sufficient to take one or two digital photos of the article being about which you are making a complaint, and to send them along with your order number and a short description of the deficiency by e-mail. As soon as we receive the photos, and have received a response from our production department for this, we inform you of whether and how we can help you further.

- Canvas prints are made to be hung inside a temperature controlled environment.
- Never hang your canvas prints outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
- Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas prints.
- Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.
- Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas prints.
